Ils peuvent vous alerter si vous ne priorisez pas suffisamment votre sommeil ou si vous consommez trop d&rsquo;alcool. Ces appareils permettent d&rsquo;identifier des facteurs perturbateurs et d\u2019adopter des ajustements pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil.
